I've gotten behind on posting my current photos, so I'm playing catch-up today. These are some pictures of my kids old babysitter's baby. What fun to see the girl who used to watch my kids as a mother. So sweet!

Last week, I got to spend the morning with this precious 2 1/2 month old baby girl and her mom.


There is nothing more beautiful than new life, and seeing the wonder in a baby's eyes.

Biggest Brown Eyes Ever!

I suppose it's a good thing when I have a hard time narrowing down my favorites...right? This week's photo session with these two kids was delightful. These kids have some of the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. Not only are they big and brown, but they are full of life and love! I was happy to see the results of this make-shift "studio" in my family room, using just the light from the window. I was glad that it worked. :)




His interaction with his suit was adorable to watch. He obviously wanted it off!

December Wedding

I was thrilled to be referred by a friend to photograph this December wedding. You'd never know it by the bride's beautiful dress and all of the smiles that it was cold and rainy until the very end of the session. We had to be creative. I am happy with the way these turned out!

The horrible white sky and rain turned out to be a pretty backdrop here.

We headed inside the Visitor's Center for a few warmer, drier pictures.

I love the fact that we were able to capture the season here. They were married just a few days before Christmas.

Just as we were calling it quits, we noticed that the rain had stopped. We ran outside for a few shots with the temple. What a blessing!
