The horrible white sky and rain turned out to be a pretty backdrop here.
We headed inside the Visitor's Center for a few warmer, drier pictures.

I love the fact that we were able to capture the season here. They were married just a few days before Christmas.
Just as we were calling it quits, we noticed that the rain had stopped. We ran outside for a few shots with the temple. What a blessing!

So, I just read last night about the sky. A split density filter with the dark side against the sky will prevent the blown out sky. I am seriously thinking on getting one for each lens just for these occasions.
